Today hasn't been a good a day as it could have been, I've twisted my knee a problem that has been there a while has finally come to the crunch. It feels like bone on bone at the min. Just as well its gym tomorrow with my physio. Don't worry it wont put me out of action on here. I'm still going to be an evil bitch even more so if I'm in pain.
